Jessica Wright: Dishing up a smooth patient experience for 18 years

For 18 years, Jessica Wright has been working quietly behind the scenes to make sure your experience as a patient goes smoothly

Maintaining the highest possible standard of patient care is a team effort here at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic. The doctors and clinic staff provide excellent care, of course, but there are many others — including Jessica Wright — working quietly behind the scenes to make sure every aspect of your experience as a patient goes as smoothly as possible.

As an Insurance Specialist, Jessica’s job involves mailing your insurance claims, following up on claims, reviewing insurance guidelines, and sending corrected claims and reconsiderations. Aren’t you glad you don’t have to handle all that yourself?

If she wasn’t working as an Insurance Specialist, she would probably be working as a chef, she says. Thankfully, she’s here at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic, dishing up a smooth patient experience. In a quiet, behind-the-scenes kind of way.
