I am a surgery scheduler.
Q. What does your job entail?
I schedule surgeries for patients along with pre-op and post-op
appointments.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
I am learning something new everyday. It challenges me to think outside the box. I really enjoy getting to know our patients and chatting with them.
Q. How would you describe your team?
I work with the most amazing, creative, funny and intelligent women. They are always willing to go above and beyond in anything they do.
Q. What is one professional skill you are actively developing?
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Q. What is your favorite productivity hack?
Making a check list.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Married with kids.
Q. What were you doing before this?
I was a certified pharmacy technician in North Carolina.
Q. What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Always seek growth and knowledge.
Q. What’s the best advice you were ever given?
Be patient with people. You never know what someone is going through.
Q. What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
I would want to be a hospice nurse.
Q. What profession would you definitely NOT like to do?
I would not want to be a Mortician.

I live in Culpeper.

There is so much history in Culpeper.

I absolutely love Ciro’s.
Q. What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I enjoy hanging out with my family and our golden doodle.

I was accidentally on Good Morning America. I was interviewed about the weather with my local news station and it was sent to GMA.

I adore Charleston, South Carolina.

Be a girl with a mind, a woman with an attitude
and a lady with class.
Q. If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Amelia Earhart. Because she proved woman could do anything men can do.

My sweet Family.

I would either want to read minds or be able to teleport.

Q. What’s your time of day? Do you enjoy the morning or the evening?
Evening is probably my favorite. I enjoying winding down for the day and spending time at home.

It would 100% be lobster tail.
