The ladies I work with.

How would you describe your team?

We mesh well together. They are fun to work with and would do anything to help you out if needed.

What is one professional skill you are actively developing?

Communication

What is your favorite productivity hack?

I try to be as organized as possible and prioritize what needs to be done during the day. Lists help with that and fun colorful pens make it better.

I got my bachelor’s degree in marketing but life has taken me in a different direction. I would love to do something in social media marketing or advertising.

What profession would you definitely NOT like to do?

I could never be a nurse. I don’t know how they do what they do! Props to all our nurses.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I was a Baton Twirler for 15ish years. My mom had a baton twirling group called Tip Top Twirlers out of Fauquier County, we would twirl in local parades and participate in competitions. Sadly covid got the best of the group and she ended it 2021 after having the group for 20 years.

Or this is kind of crazy. I had a video on TikTok go viral. It has over 2.5 million views and over 200,000 likes. Said video is over a sandwich platter a family friend bought from Walmart for a party we had. We asked for a sandwich platter that was half wheat sandwiches and half white sandwiches. The platter they gave us was a sandwich that where just that, half the bread was wheat and the other half of the same sandwich was white bread.

The beach. My favorite spot is either Nags Head or Emerald Isle!

I will live life and seek joy and happiness.

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Adele. I have been a fan of hers from the very beginning. I have to admit Tanya and I love to sing to her music in the afternoons in medical records. But she is humble, honest and relatable with all the music she writes/performs. Also her body positivity. Adele has always encouraged her fans to have confidence and has never let people’s comments about her weight affect her life or her work. And I love that.

Easy going, Reliable, Passionate

My family.

I use to only be a dog person. I have a 14 year old Scottie named Harley, and a 2 year old corgi named Huck. In November I adopted a 5 year old cat named Rosie. It’s been an adjustment.

What’s your time of day?

Do you enjoy the morning or the evening? I for sure use to be a night owl. But now I feel more like a grandma. I cannot stay up late anymore. But I am also not a morning person. So let’s just say I am an afternoon girl.

What would you eat if you had to eat only one meal every day for the rest of your life?

Sausage gravy and biscuits. I am a lover of breakfast foods.
