Our team of six physician assistants has grown to seven with the addition of Eleana Cook, PA-C, who will see patients at both our Warrenton and Gainesville orthopedic clinics.

Eleana earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in December, 2022, after graduating magna cum laude from West Virginia University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Immunology and Medical Microbiology.

Eleana’s clinical experience includes orthopedics at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Originally from Pennsylvania, Eleana grew up in the Pocono Mountains before moving to the Pittsburgh area in 2008. She now resides in Centreville.

When she’s not seeing patients or assisting in surgery, Eleana enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts, and reading — preferably with her cat on her lap.
