Colleen McElhinney, PA-C

Colleen sees patients in our pain management clinic. She joined Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including eight years as a physician assistant (PA-C) specializing in pain management.

She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University in 2012 along with 10 months of clinical studies in multiple disciplines. Prior to becoming a PA-C, her experience in healthcare included as an ER technician and EMT-Paramedic.

Colleen is certified in CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
